Do you take videos or pictures while in my home to post online?
While we do take before and after photos to document for quality assurance purposes, these are treated confidentially and we would never share any of these without your consent. If we would love to share some of the work we’ve done in your home on social media, we will ask for your permission in advance and we will ensure there is nothing sensitive or identifiable captured.
Are you insured?
Yes. This means that if we are responsible for any damage to your property, you can rest assured knowing that we can make it right.
Will I get the same cleaner every time?
We try to have the same cleaner at each appointment. On the off-chance that your regular cleaner is unable to come we will notify you of the staffing change as soon as possible.
Is it okay if my pets are home?
Yes, absolutely! We love animals :) We do want them to be safe from any cleaning products though, so we ask that they remain in a different area of the home while we are cleaning so that accidents don't happen.
Are you going to tell my neighbours about my messy house?
We value your privacy. We will always keep details about a client’s space confidential, unless required by law, or if there is a safety concern (e.g. child abuse).
What types of cleaning products do you use?
We choose our products based on the surface to be cleaned and the soil we are tackling. We are trained in chemical safety, and we take all necessary precautions. If you have specific product requests such as eco-friendly, we are happy to discuss this further with you.
